Terms and Conditions of Competition Entry
· The competition will run from 14/08/2017-31/08/2017
· The competition is only open to Easy Payments Plus and My Easy Pay customers in the Republic of Ireland.
· To qualify for this draw, customers must successfully refer a friend to the service. This means that the referee must register for a new account via www.myeasypay.com or by contacting our sales line at 01-2393254. An entry is deemed to be valid once the referee starts processing payments.
· Individuals entering any draw/competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
· Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other conditions in the messaging or promotions around such competition or they will be invalid.
· Payzone and Easy Payments Plus accept no responsibility or liability for entries or information relating to entries that are lost.
· The winning entry will be chosen at random from valid entries received. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. To claim the prize, formal ID e.g. passport, driver’s license may be requested.
· The prize is a €500 FromMe2You gift card, this is not transferable.
· Payzone and Easy Payments Plus reserve the right at their sole discretion to alter any prize or substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification. In the event that the winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or Payzone and Easy Payments are unable to contact the winner after reasonable efforts have been made, Payzone and Easy Payments may award the prize to another entrant, selected at random.
· By accepting the prize, the winner grants Payzone and Easy Payments the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as Payzone and Easy Payments may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
· Payzone and Easy Payments Plus are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner or any other person with whom the winner shares or gives the prize.
· Payzone and Easy Payments Plus reserve the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid, technical or commercial reason.
